I've never used DHL before, but having a package on its way from China, I downloaded the app to track. The fact that their tracking system (in the app) doesn't seem to know how timezones work, and gives status updates that ping between China and the continental US because the times "look" chronological, doesn't bode well. C'mon guys, timezones are not that complicated

Utterly unusable and illogical (aka stupid) Let me explain: The app allows guests to create a shipment but does not to schedule a pick up. Inconvenient but fine. But what's stupid is that once you are logged in, you cannot create a shipment anymore but can schedule a pick up. How does that make any sense? It's a huge waste of customers time when this company is supposed to create efficiency. Ironic

Worthless app, those who programmed it are amateurs. Adress is impossible to add, does not recognise the netherlands, netherlands, nederland, holland ir whatever country you use. More irritating than the competition, like tnt.
