Found one new order (of many that i have placed online) but cannot connect to my Microsoft mail account now, and won't connect to Amazon. I have to copy info and add manually, although when I try to add anything from Amazon manually, I get additional errors! But, it's free and keeps track of all my online orders in one place. Microsoft hotmail issues are supposed to be fixed soon. hope so.

Update 11/16/23 I'm laughing because I came to leave a 1 star review because the app didn't track anything, only to see I already did 2 years ago. - Will delete. Takes a lot for me to write a review. I just wanted to track a single item I ordered. It's already shipped and cannot estimate an ETA. The tracking number in the email I got gives me an ETA. What good is a package tracking app if it can't track a package? And navigating the app as a first time user was unpleasant and not very intuitive.

I love having it linked to my email and receiving notifications and having everything in one spot! It's perfect for holiday online shopping. Surprisingly it helped me identify a fraudulent purchase, I received notification about a new order which I didn't place and it turns out my account for a company was hacked!! The hacker spammed my email with online subscriptions thinking that would distract me and that the order would get missed, but I got a notification from route and was able to cancel🙌
