Convenient when it works There's often an error message saying the system is currently being updated and I get logged out and can't get back in to track anything for hours. This happens so often I'm starting to realise this is probably a faulty setup with communication to their server or other programming issue with the app. But when it works its extremely convenient and helps me organise and plan my projects based on delivery dates.
Needs work Problem #1. A system error occurs when logging in to FedEx delivery manager Problem #2. Tracking numbers are not automatically populating Problem #3. No vacation hold
Why no vacation hold on app? Why oh why FedEx don't you have Vacation Hold as part of the app? I have to go to full site to schedule. Very irritating. UPS makes it easy, you don't.
Servers? How the hell can anyone use this app when you try and log inbox and constantly get we are updating servers? Yet I can still go on the Internet at anytime and be fine
Fedex mobile No problems it tracks my packages what more could i ask for plus you only have to enter your number once!
Recent issues 1) Native tracking no longer loads for the past few days now. 2) most often parcels are missing several scans through the fedex system 3) please bring delivery manager to Canada
