Needs help Trying to create a shipment takes you to the mobile website but won't let you view saved addresses? Trying to find the right package to track takes forever. Please list origin and delivery cities and don't make me click every package to find the right one. Bummer
Keeps me informed Love the fact that my packages are tracked by my address. It tells me the delivery info before the company I ordered from let's me know a shipment was sent out. The only issue I have is lately there have been a lot of updates and won't let you access your account during that time. Also after the update it no longer remembers your password and you have to re enter. Other than that I love it.
Out dated app Why does this app look so out dated, there is no attempt at material design. A billion dollar company focused on mobile packages should really focus on keeping their mobile tracking app updated.
Nice app, but it works bad in my galaxy tab 4: I can't rotate, eather on my phone S5, and the tracking page has a bug because all informations are gone, I won't able to see the travel steps, just "addresses" and nothing else
Wasted my time Don't waste your time trying to create an account if you don't have a credit card. Doesn't take prepaid cards either.
More work than Web browser. Anything other than checking current status on a package, brings up a Web browser within the app that doesn't recognize that I'm signed in. And the browser doesn't scale to screen so you have to scroll all over to see anything.
