Create a domestic and international shipping label, track shipment status and manage your packages wherever you are with the FedEx Mobile app. Use the app to get quick rates, find a pickup or drop off location, scan bar codes, and view rewards. Enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager® to customize when and where you’d like to receive your packages.

COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. APP BLOCKS ME FROM USING IT. Upon launch the app claims my device is rooted and says my access has been revoked. My device is not rooted. Stock Pixel 8 Pro. Ridiculous! Taking my business elsewhere! Before this, app was barely usable anyway, incredibly slow and unreliable with constant crashes. You will be much better off using a third-party tracking app. Frequently, all packages disappear from the app. It also constantly logs you out.

When you do get the app open, you can't even read it because the screen jumps. You can't scroll on the app so you can view your information. Fed Ex sees all these reviews and still hasn't fixed the problem, just like the problems with their delivery service. I hate when I order something and they use fed ex, because it's a 50/50 chance if I get it or it's put in the right location.

4/7/25: average time for the app to fully load is 24 seconds. it's very slow and laggy update on 1/28/26: app went from 3 stars to one star. Now takes an average of 45 seconds to load and if I were to move to another app and come back then everything has to reload. This app is unusable and frankly embarrassing and reflects very poorly upon this huge multinational corporation. App sucks and I don't get why they can't get it right. Website loads right away, as it should.
