Ratings and reviews

Went to try to get a shoe. I was on at 7am for the drop. I just moved houses, and they wouldn't let me change my address on the order. Took 8 minutes to be able to change the address, because YOUR app kept giving me an error when I would try to change the city and zip code on the address. I had to reset the app multiple times. By the time I finished, the shoes sold out. Great app.

The app magically doesn't send notifications right before any big drop. You can have all the settings for notifications turned and have them allowed in your phone settings. The application reminded 1 week before a drop, but failed to do it 15 minutes before. This is consistent with almost 90% or launches and drops.

I just don't understand how they Make it a point to ask you to be notified about certain products, but They don't notify you until after it's been released to the point it's already sold out. what is the point. I'll get notifications sent to my phone about everything I don't ask to be notified for but the few things I want to know about I never notified. Update- I don't know what happened, but the alerts for products are coming faster than they used to, I still get a few late overall better.
