Absolutely no communication, nearly a month in and I still don't have my trainers after paying £231.00 I've sent multiple emails asking about updates on my order and just receive automated responses with no real information. Avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere for genuine products. I'm obviously annoyed at losing £231.00 but hey ho hopefully no one else will fall into this scam!

KS2468238 can you please give me update on this . .ive ordered 2 pair of shoes i recieve only one the other one i have no idea why it is not updating for more than a week . .i really need this shoes for my vacation and i have no idea if you will deliver this or not. .why it takes too long to process . .the last update i take is " seller shipped order" for more than a week nothing happen. .please i need claridication on this issue. .i hope you are not a scam or thief. .im.starting to think worst.
