very unprofessional. Customer service doesn't exist. I placed an order on the 2nd of December and it is now the 19th and I have no correspondence about my order. I've emailed on numerous occasions with the same automated response of "its processing 7-10 business days " and its CLEARLY been longer‼️

Received damaged (both shoes' heel seat unglued, also clearly a general lower quality than the identical shoe I was trying to replace) item in the mail, customer service was slow to respond and clearly trying to stretch out the interaction to see if I would just drop it. Emailed back and forth for i think 10 days and they ended up refusing return, which from my understanding even if accepted would be at your expense.

I order my sneakers November26 and I'm still waiting for them.They told me they would be here December 15 still haven't received them.And no updated email and I sent them email they didn't respond.And no updated tracking number.This isn't good.
