very unprofessional. Customer service doesn't exist. I placed an order on the 2nd of December and it is now the 19th and I have no correspondence about my order. I've emailed on numerous occasions with the same automated response of "its processing 7-10 business days " and its CLEARLY been longer‼️

I would never order from this app again. Shoes are overpriced and then a really expensive shipping charge added on. you will be lucky to receive your order in a month even though they make you pay a super high shipping rate.

this is the most horrible company that I've ever had to deal with I ordered something in December it's still sitting at customs and we're at February 1st. do not order from this company it's coming from Hong Kong they do not tell you that. I would hate for anyone else to have this horrible experience I'm having
