Ratings and reviews

An absolutely awful app that hasn't been updated or improved for years. Idk who these people are that claim its fast and seamless etc. Far from it. Adding something to your basket is akin to waiting for a spectrum to load circa 1984, and if you leave your basket, to, you know, add something else, it just might not be there when you get back and you just might have to start again, again! Shockingly bad app!

so angry. 3 days ago I placed an order. it gave me an order number. said thank you for your order. but when I went to check tracking. and if I didnt go check I never would of realised that apparently somehow no order went through due to payment fail. but yet there was no contact no email no notification to let me know. now this Xmas present might be late to arrive.

Browsing is fine but, like other people have said on here, the checkout process is a nightmare. App says that an item is out of stock at checkout when it's not and will let you go back and add the same item again and again. When finally paying at checkout with card it crashes after bank authorisation. Asks for permission to re-use previous form information and then goes nowhere. Had to wait to find out by email later if order had actually gone through or not. Please sort out the checkout!
