Terrible app, extremely bad customer service. Everything is automated but not even maintained to work. I have been waiting forever for my Kiosk order I made in-store to arrive. I only received one confirmation and no other details. Apparently the order tracking number doesn't match, there is no order for my email address which there is and when you try to reach customer services you are met with a defunct system they didn't fix. Tried calling 7 stores, no answer over 3h on a Tuesday!! 0 stars.

This is possibly the worst website to shop online! It has taken nearly a week to be able to order anything as the continue function would not work no matter which device I tried to use. Very rarely order without having issues

most frustrating app I have. add items to basket, then unable to checkout for any form of delivery method is the latest issue with no indication of the exact reason causing great frustration. have now closed my account, it's too frustrating for me.
