I decided to change a bank and I don't regret the decision. App is great, however bit slower, but I believe it will improve in the future. I miss some features my previous bank app had. For example sum of outgoing payments. But really annoying thing is, when you want to approve payment on the internet, the notification pops up, you click on it, but you have to sign in the app first and after that you can really approve the payment. One step (logging into app) is not necessary IMO.

It's really slow to update!! I started investing 5 days ago and only 50% of the money i sent is showing. what's annoying is, my financial advisor assures me that the money is there, the app just hasnt updated. Also, there is no english language option. there's no excuse for that in 2024.

It just works.

V nové verzi jsme přidali možnost ověření totožnosti dětí pro potřeby založení dětského účtu přímo v mobilní aplikaci. Pro ověření stačí vyfotit jeden doklad a rodný list. Další novinkou je možnost provedení SEPA platby.
