SD Maid allows you to:

SD Maid has optional features that utilize the AccessibilityService API to automate tedious actions.
Using the AccessibilityService API, SD Maid can click buttons for you to perform operations on multiple apps, e.g. deleting caches or force stopping apps.
SD Maid does not use the AccessibilityService API to collect information.

It's a great app especially for the time the phone kind of slows down. It simply optimizes the database, thus giving you a much smoother experience. The pro version is worth. Many apps, when installed, create folders in the local storage that hold data and downloaded files. Unfortunately, when we uninstall these apps, they don't always delete these folders. The CorpseFinder features will search the local storage for these folders and provide the option to delete them.

Keeps your phone running good, I recommend using this from time to time. Just remember to give your phone a break everyone once and awhile especially if it gets hot from heavy usage like videos and games. And keep space on your phone storage, it's a good habit to keep unless you want throw your phone away against a wall. You can also buy the premium version for a per app cleaner, but it gets rid of temporary files left behind by your apps that aren't needed.

I'm using SD maid 1 system cleaner for the past two years and happy with it. Recently, and I think after the last update, I've noticed that when ever app runs it permanently deletes PDF and microsoft office files attached in WhatsApp and telegram sent messages. Furthermore img files need to be downloaded again for received messages in order to show. I have searched in SD Maid app settings but didn't find anything in this respect. Please advice
