Ratings and reviews

The app is terrible and actually cost me real money now. It'll crash randomly trying to upload photos and it has bugs showing notifications when photos need to be uploaded.

Photo upload stopped working. Starting a chat to report an issue is also not working. Half of the app is in your defined language but notifications (about appointments) are in Portuguese?!

The aligners are great, but the service is horrible. I was promised to get a bleaching kit when the treatment was sold to me, but didn't get it. I have contacted the CS 4 times, via chat and email, they promised to get back to me and never did, again and again. They have no answer and cannot assist you except for empty promises. I've given feedback couple of times but they did nothing to help me to fix the situation.
