Ratings and reviews

Underwhelming at best. There are a lot of different features but non of them are useful. I have no clue why there even is a AI chat button when all I want to do is use my printer. Sometimes the webcam does not connect but that is acceptable. The file management is fine. The cloud platform is next to unusable outside the app. There are a lot of options to customize the notification settings but they started to ignore those and spamming me with ads????

*found where to add files, thanks for the help and quick reply. so just did the update and now I can't add stl files from my phone files. I wouldn't have to if their library ever had what I needed. I'm sure it's been said over and over but for the love of all things, make it to where we can duplicate items and add multiple items to the plate before printing. love my printer 310hrs no issues but the app leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm not a big fan of this last update(v2.0.0.0), everything was working as it's supposed to with V1.x.x.x). Now you're just getting confused by this sh**ty GUI. And the same goes for the Desktop Slicer software.
