Ratings and reviews

Underwhelming at best. There are a lot of different features but non of them are useful. I have no clue why there even is a AI chat button when all I want to do is use my printer. Sometimes the webcam does not connect but that is acceptable. The file management is fine. The cloud platform is next to unusable outside the app. There are a lot of options to customize the notification settings but they started to ignore those and spamming me with ads????

When it works, it's great. I wish it would show if it's mobile compatible before you pick a model to send over. Kind of annoying to go through the motion on my mobile only to have to go to my computer to actually do the print. Current issue is app will not get past 0% on slicing. It's main functionality for me right now it's to use the camera to see how the print is going, manage my collections, and get notifications is something goes wrong.

I LOVE my anycubic printers! I have 4 of them. But I also have a Bambu A1 and this app is so far behind the Bambu Handy app. Anycubic, PLEASE add more features! Mainly, make it so we can add more items to the same plate. 3D Printer mobile apps are so much more convenient. But only being able to print 1 item is Horrible! Please add this. Thank you!
