edit: tech support was quick to respond and the issue is gone. Great little app! New update doesn't work. When I try to print, it says I need to download the new firmware but says download failed and now I can't use my printer at all. I have just sent an email to tech support and will update to 5 stars if this is fixed.

if you cannot connect it it just takes patience and time but it will connect and you got to hold it near your phone. so that the Bluetooth will connect to it. it does all that it says it can do. and they're just now updating it. 🎉☺️

no connection whatsoever I have been trying to connect for 1 hour my time is up with this I must return the product that I purchased using(HerePrint) respectfully I can see why it has such low ratings if I could give it zero Stars I would definitely do that.
