Ratings and reviews

Overall it's very good and easy to use, however, I have a very big complaint. I was basically making sprites and saved them separately as PSP files in the Backup folder. I noticed that after a certain amount the app decides to yeet files away and delete old files when saving new ones. It didn't warn me of this, and I only noticed this happening once I was about to save all the files as PNG files in one go. I lost a lot of progress due to this, so please add a note of some kind. Hope you'll do.

Ive tested and bought many pixel editors from the Play Store over the last two years and this is by far the best. I bought the Pro Upgrade for all devices because it's worth it. After logging into the PC version, the Pro Upgrade was immediately unlocked. This app has Google Drive sync and that makes it very easy to switch between the devices and continue your project. I create small sprites for the game I'm developing on the go. I use Aseprite on the PC and this for simpler sprites on the go.

First, I've used this app a couple years ago and half-remembered it being decent, so when I needed to do a little pixel-art, I went straight here. And I was NOT disappointed – it has similar functionality to Рhоtоshоp and any PC drawing programs, but seamlessly does it for Android. It has layers, it has animation (though I haven't done one yet) and overall the experience is real good. As for the ads, sure, they can be oppressive (least I can expect from a free app) and it really ain't a problem.
