Can any app be more complicated 😩. Constantly getting thrown out. Then can't find the doctors in the listing ..if it wasn't the only way to get appointments with my doctors, I would never use this. Oh and setting the whole thing up is a nightmare. What do elderly do that is struggling with technology?

One can book an appointment but to cancel one needs to still contact the praxis. In my case the praxis was not picking up the phone, was always on busy tone. Had no voicemail. Had no email to message them. Customer support answering prompt yet reiterating they have no connection with the praxis.....
