This app is a mess by now. It's so hard to navigate. It takes too many clicks to get to your old recipes, no way to stop the huge banner of commercial of their own products, no way to actually access the cookbook (aka where you can search all recipes if you wanna find something specific) and still no way to sort your favorite recipes. No way to favorite a recipe from the weekly menu as you look through it. Navigating categories is a hassle.

In theory, this app is great. Nice meals, often very tasty, reasonable price. And best of all: no need to go to the grocery store. In practice though...at least every second meal is missing an ingredient. I had HF in 2020 and that wasn't an issue, but now it's terrible. Yeah, you get a refund, but that often doesn't even cover the price of the ingredient! 2,86€ for 200g of salsiccia? No. Definetely not. As well as having to go to the store to get it? Amazing idea, terrible execution.

I have been ordering for the past two years. The food is nice and tasty. The app had some bugs always. But lately the app and the website have been crashing constantly. It is almost impossible to change your order. For something this expensive I expect at least to be able to control my orders not just be charged. Payments work fine when they are taken from my account of course.
