No confirmation I have been starving and waiting for 30mins just for the email confirmation aside from ghe delivery time. Is this app updated? No response from their team yet on all of the concerns here.

Maccas I like it but I wish that they will have somehow a "for now" address that you can choose from the drop down menu under address section. coz I travel and would be great to not have the app ask you to register it under your profile since it's just a one time thing. it's quite annoying.

Its difficult to use I had to update telephone number 5x. Email 3x. I had to log in and out 7x. And even reset my phone. Had this uninstalled but my daughter likes happy meal. U need to fix ur site. User un-friendly

30 min Guaranteed Delivery??? I paid 40 pesos bec it was ur guarantee that delivery is within 30mins. I got a txt message stating delivery of 60 mins. Wtf??? Explain and dont tell me its a holy week bec its not our problem u cant get ur ducks in a row.

Order didn't go through The one thing the app is supposed to do doesn't work. Don't bother. Reinstalled again recently. "your pet didn't go through." no explanation, but sure what I'm supposed to do

USE IT PROPERLY If you can use it properly it youll have a better experience. Finding the near branch,near your place makr sure you put right infos including any remarks. Guide the delivery man" put on note to update you. Use it wisely😆😆😆 hope this helps. And note that thier are branches that cant reach your place. Find what suits you.
