McDelivery PH is a nice app . Very easy to use for home delivery orders . Chat agents are really good , helpful and resposive . I like to thank for their COoperation and service .

got my order by paying through gcash. some fixes needed though. 1) it didn't allow to enter special instructions for orders. when the field for that purpose was populated, an error would pop up preventing checkout. 2) selecting cash and change for how much also prevented checkout.

Poor customer service, and reneges on its obligation to deliver your complete order. Don't even bother ordering from this app, if you chance upon a missing food item, their CSR will just offer you a reimbursement of the missing food item via a digital gift check without even considering the time and delivery expense it took the customer to place an order. I am currently filing a complaint with DTI for this because they are not taking these complaints seriously.
