Theres no way to contact the store youve just purchased from. You have to call customer service and it takes them 3 hrs or more to contact the store you have problems with. And I have to do multiple follow ups just to be prioritize all for a 1 missing item they could just redeliver. Stressful, hassle and an inconvenience! Poor customer service!

I have been waiting for already 1 hour and there is no delivery of my order. The order status just stated that it is "order confirmed" and it already went beyond its time of delivery. When my order got collected, they use foodpanda to delivery the food and the rider is taking their sweet time not delivering my order. I should've used other platforms instead. Such a waste of time and money.

the few times I've used this app are some of the WORST online food ordering experiences I've ever had my god. not to mention it's also so damn SLOW, despite having a fast & reliable internet connection. one time my order even got processed TWICE and I've had to explain to the second rider that I've already received my order. honestly, to hell with this joke of an app. you're waaay better off using Grab or something else. that's all.
