I recently got a pop-up saying that I have to reinstall the app from Playstore. I backed up my edits. I reinstalled the app from Playstore, my edits are gone, backup likely fail (I don't know if the backup is my fault) after reinstalling the pop-up isn't gone. (2) PRO!!! It's ridiculous, paying for some easy things is bad! I'm hoping for an update that fixes this pop-up thingy.

I have used this app for over 2 years, and I always loved editing on it. Even once more and more effects became part of the pro version, I stayed because it is such a great app. Now however the 'smooth slow-mo' feature has become pro as well and I think that's a bad move. do you want to make the edits look choppy and bad and take away the fun by making everything pro? at this point, just make the entire app cost money if you take all the good things anyway. would've given 4 stars if not for this

I opened a basic account a couple of years ago in China, on 14.08.24 while I was on holidays in Japan I bought PRO, since 16.08.24 I am back to China and the App ist not working well : it's say all the time "no Internet connection", although my Wi-Fi is working well and I can enter other websites and apps or write this review for example on PlayStore :-). If I change to mobile data, I can open the app and go to "edit" BUT when I go to "templates" it's showing again "no Internet connection"!!
