I thought of this being as a great replacement for a screen recorder. My first recording went great. But ever since, all of my recordings are unable to download, and/or just get randomly deleted permanently whenever I re-open the app. If this keeps happening then I will have to switch apps to record any videos.

I love loom but you guys need to improve performance. Tina from the tech team told me that will be a focus now. it is slow loading your videos on the Android app, slow loading members area on your PC/comp and slow showing your content in general..once they load they play ok usually. please make it as fast as your front end. been asking this from 1 year almost. invaluable tool. especially from non-US locations! not all world revolves around the US data centers. thank you

I would record a great video, only to find out Loom was having network connection issues and my recording wasn't saved? Also, not an intuitive interface, where are the editing options? Would love a refund
