horrible. i needed to use it for one company who requested me to submit a video through it. the app automatically put me on a 24eur/month payment plan without my consent. when you try to change it to free plan, it does not allow it. good that I did not add payment details. it is very hard to cancel the subscription even with chatgpt. once you try doing that, it says that they will review my request in 3 days, as if canceling would not be up to me but them. do not ever download this scam!

I can't record while in app. I tried recording using my phone, but after selecting " record in app", it takes me back to thw app store. I click the "open" button to get back to Loom and I end up going in circles. I really need thia to work as I enjoy using Loom and am a big fan of the app. Please fix asap.

Very bad experience I wanted to record an presentation on laptop Firstly there were some issues and I was getting redirect then after struggling when I switched the tab my camera/video pop ups were gone Thennn I downloaded the app the video was not getting download I even installed the phone app the video got downloaded but only the 1min video was good rest was just a burst worst experience
