Ratings and reviews

The app says that to sync between devices, you must use the same account and add your OneDrive or Google Drive account, but that you need to have the paid version. Well, I paid twice, once on the iPad and once on an Android device, to sync between all devices. And simply nothing. It didn't sync. So I paid twice, once on the App Store and once on Google Play... to not have the service.

Crashes randomly. Syncing does not work, almost every change in one platform causes conflicts and double copies (which you cannot search for) on the other. Feels like a half baked product that is not ready for release. Customer service/support is a joke. Can be tried for free on apple products, but android and windows users have to pay to be disappointed. Answer to developer: It also caused by having the file open in two places. But it also happens randomly and often.

This app is great for converting handwriting into actual letters, so its great for writing documents but it's lacking features for anything else especially note-taking. For example the lack of a scanning feature or the bad palm rejection. I had many issues with this app and for its price its not worth it. Noteshelf is a much better and cheaper alternative.
