For those having only one earbud play sound after a firmware update, note that they have to be individually updated. So one turned off, and then update. Which is something the app does not explain. Then there are chinese prompts for permissions which have no explanation to them as well. So it works as described but very poorly and it took way too much time for such a simple thing

Hi, the product is a smart purchase considering it's quality, material, orgonomic design, sound quality, base depth and performance overall, its much better choice rather than rivals in these price range and even in twice it's price range it's the winner in my opinion, but their app is not even a barebone app and does nothing , and the support is awful too, it's like there is nobody there and we're talking to a wall, I return it after 10 days

App broken, headphones returned. The app ONLY shows the "don't see your device?" Page and nothing else. My phone will not connect to the device because "an app is needed to connect to this device". The app won't connect I assume because I cannot connect my phone to it. Unusuable, I have lost hours playing with Bluetooth cache and developer settings. I will be returning these Sonoflow, I don't need an app to use headphones!
