The app is useful, all the features are available but the user experience is not as it was expected. For instance, in the Realme Link app I can easily find and modify the settings, but when I tried to turn on LDAC on my 1more SonoFlow Pro, I couldn't find the settings for a long time. Finally I found it under the menu called "shortcuts". This is ridiculous.

There is no custom equalization option, and I would like to be able to turn off touch gestures completely. These are the only important features that the app is missing in my opinion, and I hope they will be added soon.

I am using a Pixel 9a and using the SonoFlow Pro HQ51. I have not experienced any app crashes. The app has minimal features but this also comes across as a positive to me as it keeps things simple. One feature I'd like to see is the ability to see which mode (ANC ON, ANC OFF, or Transparency) the headphones are in the notification shade and to be able to switch between them via this notification style menu.
