The app is useful, all the features are available but the user experience is not as it was expected. For instance, in the Realme Link app I can easily find and modify the settings, but when I tried to turn on LDAC on my 1more SonoFlow Pro, I couldn't find the settings for a long time. Finally I found it under the menu called "shortcuts". This is ridiculous.

There is no custom equalization option, and I would like to be able to turn off touch gestures completely. These are the only important features that the app is missing in my opinion, and I hope they will be added soon.

Says that my headphones from the same brand are incompatible and I need to download a different one. The link for htat just goes to their product page to buy more headphones. I just want to use he ones I have and they've made the process as difficult and buggy as possible. Why have multiple apps with ambiguous names and require users to just magically know which ones to download? Their website doesn't seem to have a link to it anywhere. Never doing business with this company again.
