Great internet but the app has issues. Lately it (the app) has been very slow and unresponsive. I am connected to wifi and it takes forever to recognize it. Sometimes it won't display properly when going back to the main menu. So many bugs added in the past few months it's almost unusable (the app not the internet). The big problem is the app is now the only way to access the device with the web interface being disabled.

Starlink internet is terrific, very good upload amd download speeds. Customer service is spectacular. I had a router issue and they immediately sent a new one. The only reason for the 3 stars is the July 2024 app upgrade now asks incessantly to turn on Locator / GPS. If you reply "no thanks" it pops up again in a second. Rinse and repeat. Starlink developers please remove this annoying issue.

Works fantastic. Both internet access and the app itself. And we're surrounded by trees, in Western Alberta, Canada. Reasonable mps for streaming video and casual browsing. Cons: Pricier than other providers, but reasonable when there aren't any providers willing to provide within 50+ km. Power consumption, even sleep mode is a little hard on off-grid batteries so we just cut the power entirely. But this is an app review, not a service review.
