the algorithm doesn't show your content to anyone! I have been writing notes for the past week and I see on stats that my notes, each, have only been shown to one or two, maximum 3 other accounts! this is nonsense! the chance of getting any visibility is near zero! I thought there most be a problem so tried to contact their support. apparently they've got only a chat bot as support, which doesn't even work! very frustrating! I invested so much time for something like this!

Irrespective of the content, and there are some good writers on substack (if you want to subscribe to them), the app is extremely bug-gy. Windows Web access works slightly better, but the Android app is one frustration after another. Post an article with a serious mistake, you can't edit it on the app, only on the desktop. It's also very slow. It doesn't show up in the view of open apps, 'close all' doesn't close it, what you are typing can be lost if you switch apps...

Not worth the trouble. Since this app was first introduced, it's gone from bad to worse. It doesn't update activity reliable, and posts I've already read remain as unread for days. As often as not, the list of Notes cycles through the same 4 or 5 notes repeatedly, instead of continuing down the list. It regularly recommends new writers to me that write on subjects that are practically the antithesis of the stuff I tend to read, and it's not possible to edit a comment like you can in the browser.
