Best news app! Was disappointed when I switched from Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to Galaxy S6 cuz thought I couldn't get Flipboard page as one of my screens. Then there it was! Love the short headlines/blurbs - gives me an overview of everything while allowing me to choose what news I want to get more of. Recommend!

Disappointed I hate when I'm trying to read an article and pop ups arise. Ontop of that it constantly redirects me to the play store. Everytime!!! No matter what I read, it seems like there is a malware of some form trying to eat into my phone. Smfh. This is getting ridiculous.

Good but still needs some work I was getting election crap and pilotical stuff that I didn't want to see at all. Not because I don't care but because I have more in depth access than to what is given here. I told the app I wanted less/none of it but it slowly went away. After a week or so. Other than that it is a pretty solid app

Great! I only wish that the app would STOP changing to viewing in High Density instead of Smart. I have to change it everytime I open the app and it is starting to get irritating. Other than that, great app!

Flipboard It's a bunch of articles from news sources that are well known and each gives a chance for others to like your magazines by agreeing or disagreeing. You can even write your own magazines. If someone threatens you, contact Flipboard and they will investigate. Teens and up should be the age limit of the reader. There are some very young people who are 9 and younger. Some have parental permission and some don't. Parents need to supervise children on computers and tablets. Have fun and join in.

Very slow on s7edge I come from iPhone 6s and flipboard is very slow to load pages on android. Plus the icons are too large. Please speed up the app and allow to modify app icon sizes

Your very own personal/customizable magazine! This is a great app for education, entertainment, boredom, you name it! Plus it has a strong community vibe with you comments and being able to create and share your own posts. My only complaint is that on my phone (maybe just the Nexus 6), the comment threads are getting cut short. I will receive notifications of new comments on articles bit they don't get posted to the comment thread. But with that being the only complaint, this still gets 5 stars in my book :)

Stimulating contemporary readings, insights In short, app acts as a personable hub organizing contemporary media articles pertaining to hundreds of different topics broad, i.e. sports, and narrow, e.g. women's college basketball. Pros: simple, smooth interface AND breadth of gathered media. Cons: To be determined, perhaps --and slightly overreaching here-- depth of media articles for some topics OR no original content. Regardless amazing app as of 8 April 2016 on 4th gen Android OS.

Good and getting better An aesthetic reading environment easy on the eyes and with a rich collection of story sources on a wide range of topics, well organized and accessible. As I spend a significant amount of my device time in a browser and utilize its bookmarks to catagorize it would be good to be able to more directly and easily add stories of interest from Flipboard. The internal 'private and public magazines' are cool and a great feature, no doubt, but not so useful to me as another booking tool.

Don't need this app Wish I could uninstall this app. With Google newsstand, this app is worthless and useless. Don't comment me back saying I can disable the app. It's not the same, the app is still taking up space.

Handy news at your fingertips What's not to like about a news magazine you can customize to your own likely. My only complaint is about sorting content. It is a little time consuming and irritating to drag and drop thumbnails, unless I am missing an easier way.

newest addiction finally decided to check out the app my galaxy s5 would refuse to let me uninstall and im in love...this app definitely does the job of bringing interesting articles and magazines to my stream that almost always look worth reading...if you take the time to really go through the app and find/ follow the topics you are interested in, i have never gotten an article suggestion that i wouldnt at least consider flipping through

Widget updated now I LOVE IT! I'm not sure if I had a widget that was not updated before I deleted Flipboard...I gave it a second chance and I'm glad I did because the widget and app is AMAZING. The content is great, customized interests. Love their comment section for articles as well.Great way to make more online friends.looking for local news choice on Flip. I've ran late all week due to all the articles I've been reading.Haven't been on YouTube for news as much. I'm a convert-love Flipboard so far. Battery drain,maybe but worth it.

Few things to perfect missing One is notifications isn't working properly. Also there is a few bots, left being a nucianse, just leaving links to probably ads. Other than that no major complaints.

Great There is just one problem, when Yo leave the app, an the open it again, it goes to the top, so if there was a new you wanted to read, Yo ya ve to look for it again, I find that annoying...

Redirect ads are killing this app everything I go to a page that has redirect advertising this app crashes. something needs to be built into your app to stop this please, otherwise it's frustrating and I'm unable to use your app

Flexible, easy to use This has become one of my favorite apps. With so much info on the web it was hard to keep track. You can flip anything from the web into the app. With the ability to create customized sections and choose levels of privacy it even replaces my bookmarks

Skewed While the info & news is often inciteful & revealing, it is becoming so liberally skewed that some stories are no better than fairytales in their content. It's time to return to reporting facts instead of narrative, or abandon modern broadcasting, in all its forms, and rebuild the institution from scratch.

Notifications no longer updating?? Since the last update, my notifications section does update, showing some from days ago, but if I manually go into stories I've commented on they have updated, just not my notification section, useless!

Immersive, but freezes. it is easy to get immersed with all the content that Flipboard provides. However with content heavy articles, it causes my Galaxy Note 4 to freeze which forces me to restart the app, takes away the joy. Considering that this app has been around for a couple of years now, this should have been resolved. Also, the 'heart' icon does not work as an instant bookmark feature but as a 'like' button. such a hassle to skim through tabs just to hit 'read later'.

Only one thing I want I love flip board. It's my go to app for news. I just made the switch to Android from iPhone. The only thing I miss is how the iPhone handled ram management. If I'm reading an article in, say my tech section, back out briefly to the main menu, then go back to my article. It goes back to the beginning article of the tech section. The iPhone would go right back to where I was reading. I'd like to see this in the Android version. Not sure why it doesn't. Sucks if the article I was reading was 10-15 flips away

Thanks for your review. Flipboard is pre-installed on certain Samsung devices. While you cannot uninstall the app, there is an option to disable it. Disabling the app makes sure it never runs, uses data, or ever shows up in your launcher. You can disable apps in the Application manager.

Horrible the worst Flipboard has gone wrong on the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The application never updates it never refreshes manually and on auto its been showing the same articles since the update. I've did all the trouble shooting steps which is worst now thats why im complaining Ive left several emails of screen shots and notices on flipboard it self.
