linexo – you and your bike

linexo is the app for everyone who likes to travel with their bike. As a digital multitool, you always have a wide range of functions and services related to mobility, lifestyle and protection with you:

Record
With the recording function you can track your tours like with a speedometer and save them in the app. Simply activate it, start driving and then check your activities or call up the tours you have taken again.

Find location
This function shows you a variety of services in your area. Depending on your needs, you select e-bike charging stations, partner workshops, tube machines, bike-friendly accommodation, rescue points or police stations when searching. The results are displayed on the map, select your destination and navigate easily via the app. Feel free to mark your favorites and use this when planning and carrying out your next tour.

Bicycle pass
In the linexo app you can create and manage free and unlimited bicycle passes for all bicycles and e-bikes/pedelecs. For customers with insurance coverage, their bike data is taken directly from the customer portal. Uploading invoices and photos is of course possible for every bicycle or e-bike. In the event of theft or damage, you can simply download the information as a PDF and have everything quickly at hand.

Pick-up service
Call the pick-up service for your bikes directly via the app. Our breakdown assistance will collect you and your bike and take you back to a workshop or to the starting point of your tour. By the way: Even without a protected/insured bike, you can use the pick-up service free of charge for 6 months.

Digital customer card
With an insured bike, you always have your digital customer card with you in the app. This means that your customer number and our support are always just a click away.

Report damage
Are you a linexo customer, have damage and would you like to report it? Simply upload all information and receipts to the app so that you can report repairs or theft to us quickly and easily.

make an insurance
Do you want to protect your beloved bike? Simply create the bike you want in the app and then take out the insurance cover directly there.

counselor
Under “Guide” you will find a wide variety of articles, trends and tricks about your bike. This means you are well informed and can always discover new highlights for yourself.

Recommend linexo
Do you like the insurance coverage or the app? Then use the recommendation functions within the app and spread the word. We are always happy to receive your feedback via the rating function or simply here in the store.
