About this app

FairEmail is easy to set up and works with virtually all email providers, including Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo!

FairEmail might be for you if you value your privacy.

FairEmail is simple to use, but if you are looking for a very simple email app, FairEmail might not be the right choice.

FairEmail is an email client only, so you need to bring your own email address. FairEmail is not a calendar/contact/task/note manager and cannot make you coffee.

FairEmail does not support non-standard protocols, like Microsoft Exchange Web Services and Microsoft ActiveSync.

Almost all features are free to use, but to maintain and support the app in the long term, not every feature can be for free. See below for a list of pro features.

A lot of effort has gone into this mail app, which was developed to help you protect your privacy. If you have a question or problem, there is always support at marcel@faircode.eu.

I'm an IT Administrator with 30 years of experience and I love this eMail client! It is the best I've ever seen on Android! Feature rich if not complete! I love that if you want you can configure almost everything you could wish for and might need if you do have a demand for it. And by the way the service is great. I have some minor wishes: - customizable font and colors for the email list - an alternatively colored icon like red because I already have 2 apps on my hot bar that have blue icons

Thanks, Mac. Can you please contact me via marcel@faircode.eu for answers to your questions? Edit: why do you rate 4 stars now, considering we had a nice discussion before? I do my best to make FairEmail a perfect app, and you can always contact me directly via email, and I'll always listen! If there is an issue, I'll always look into it.

This is the best email client I have ever used! It's snappy and powerful yet quick to use. I sometimes get lost in the settings, but I appreciate the customizability. Creating accounts is easy, and the rest has sensible defaults. I also appreciate the absence of ads in the free version, despite having paid for the pro version

Greatest email app I have used in years. I used K-9 for a long time, but it is not very user friendly in comparison, since you'll need specific app passwords to use your email address. This directly affects the users which will use it. FairEmail on the other hand is amazing. Small footprint, no ads whatsoever (just the pro reminder which can be shutoff every 4 weeks) and private. Also heavy focus on security and blocking trackers. I never thought I needed so much power, but it seems I did. 10/10
