The Sannce Home app is designed to work with Sannce DVRs . Live view your cameras and video recorded in the DVR remotely. Only create an account and add DVR to the APP account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale. It also allows you to play back video in DVR. When motion detection alarm of your device triggered, you can get an instant message notification from Sannce Home app.

I've had the saance dvr for well over a year now and it works fine when at home, but the app is of the worst I've ever used, it won't stay connected, it switches between HD and basic on its on, and it just generally sucks, and that's when the app works at all. When it doesn't work you have to reset the dvr. Save your money and get a better setup and if you've already bought the set, send it back and get a refund it's not worth the headache. Get something a little more expensive and better.

This app was ok to start with but now it's rubbish. I have it installed on 2 separate devices and both have stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still won't work. Keeps saying device network is unstable. I have a really good strong WiFi connection , so that's not the problem. Please get this app sorted it's hardly worth the time having it .

The app worked for a few years then pooped out on my android as it did previously on my i-phone. I have no idea where the user name came from and I have been unable to link my phone in the settings. In settings the option is available to unlink and link. If I remember all the steps I took correctly now, with the intention of resetting the app and re-linking my phone: I unlinked successfully after the app stopped working. I was unable to link after that. Everything "froze up."
