If you are a fiber customer you can:

• Consult your invoices, the amount and the date on which the payments are made.
• Pay your pending bills.
• Change your fiber product or upgrade to SMART Fiber when available in your area.
• Contract and manage services such as DIGI storage or Conexión Plus.

If you are a contract customer you can:

• Consult the gigabytes consumed and accumulated.
• Change your mobile products or contract Fiber.
• Configure services such as voice mail or the notification of missed calls.
• Group all your contracts.

If you are a prepaid customer you can:

• Check your balance, transfer it to another line or request a balance advance.
• Check the gigabytes and minutes consumed.
• Switch to a contract or activate more mobile products.
• Configure services such as voice mail or the notification of missed calls.

Ratings and reviews

Slow loading and not user-friendly. When trying to recharge my balance the progress is lost when going to the banking app to approve the payment. The Digi app just reload from the start. The sites are mostly Spanish even when you switch the language selector to English. It's a nightmare to find information and you are sent into site after site which are only available in Spanish. The app is also just a webview of their website and it's really frustrating to use.

I tried app. That's look very simple &cool. Menu is intuitive. User interface is frendly. A wide functionality of the application allows you to manage subscriptions and other functions. I didn't find out bugs. But I'm going on to search.

It's very easy to use you can do all thing about your mi Digi like your monthly bills and many more on this app on every where and it's very useful 😘 love MiDiGI
