2017: Overall a great game with lots to do and craft, you also have tonnes of room for creativity, hope it catches up to the PC version soon! 2021: I wanted to get hooked on it again but I can't stand the updated controls. They are too cluttered and difficult to use on a touch screen. I would love a Terraria classic controls option for 5 stars!

Really fun with a slow but rewarding progression system. Has some similarities to minecraft but 98% of the game is completely different, better and more fun in my opinion. I did find the controls a bit hard to get used to at the start, (on the mobile version only) but I got the hang of it, I would recommend playing with a controller though. In my opinion the pc version is best, but if u want a REALLY good game that kills time to play on a long road trip or smth, this game is for you.

Terraria is an experience like no other. The game is fun and challenging, with a slow progression that keeps you grinding for hours. It keeps the player on their toes with the random events that could occur, and has a large variety of things you could do; fishing, building, and fighting enemies, and you could invite friends to join in multiplayer. The devs are not like other ones, and are kind to the point of constantly adding features the community wants. Truly a 5/5, I honestly want more!
