Meet your new Game Master. The free HeroQuest Companion App allows you to run your next tabletop game session so everyone can play as heroes! The app takes on the role of Zargon using the onscreen quest map.

Additional features include:
• Narrated quest instructions, sound effects, and dungeon atmosphere
• Dangers are revealed as the heroes explore dungeons
• Quest events are tracked along with game progress
• Players can record character Mind and Body Points digitally in-app

Ratings and reviews

Some bugs on galaxy a22 for example, music and sound doesnt work when screen turns off the first time, you need to reboot the application to get back sound and music. The application is cool to play on solo mode, the designs are beautiful and the random dice of the enemies are fine, the sounds etc...A feature that i would like is a random room config for example,ok same scenario but randomize the enemies would be fine, always appears on same sites and the behaviour is always the same.

The app is great for solo or group play if no one wants to be Zargon. The music and ui are pretty nice. I have one major complaint, though, and that is that the RNG for monster rolls is completely unbalanced. Enemies have a nasty habit of rolling all skulls far more often (>50%) than not. It's WAY too difficult when no hero has more than 2 defense. A human can not roll that accurately against such odds when the heroes have no new bonuses or weapons. I have to cheat just to stay alive.

Poorly optimized. Crashes way too often and I have played games that were more graphics intense than this and actually run better than this. On rare occasions, it works properly and would be a 5 star rating if it weren't for the frequent crashes that tests my patience.

What's new

HeroQuest players, this update now includes the Expansion Quest Set: Against the Ogre Horde. Now digital Zargon can guide you through these additional adventures through the World's End mountains. But tread carefully my friends, the Dirgrusht Ogres are a strong but seclusive clan. And Zargon plans to manipulate them for his own evil purposes . Your ongoing adventures await!
