About this app

The Companion App to the Betrayal at House on the Hill 3rd Edition board game is an easy-to-use tool to manage your game in real time! Use the app to keep track of character stats, including Omens, Items, and other aspects of gameplay. When a haunt is launched, the app can quickly guide the setup and execution. Also included is a helpful quick reference that provides pointers to specific page numbers in the rulebook and the haunt books.

Ratings and reviews

None of the character names or stat arrays match my copy of the game. As usual, the user is left to ask, "is this corporation incompetent, or greedy?" and as usual, the answer is both. They either couldn't be bothered to add older versions, OR they thought that they could force people to buy new copies by not allowing apps that support the old version. It's very telling that most of their reviews are one star, most cite lack of old versions, and they haven't even responded to a single one.

Unfortunately, it only contains the 3rd Edition of the game and those associated characters, meaning if you have the 2nd Edition version, there is now no longer a companion app for it. It would be awesome if you could select which Edition of the game you have, or which characters from previous editions such as Professor Longfellow, Ox Bellows etc please!

I wish it had more then just the third edition aswell as the haunt roll counter as that would be an awesome addition to the app will change to a better rating in they add those
