I cannot connect to Creative Zen Dot earbuds. My phone paired with the earbuds, but the application didn't. (using Samsung Galaxy S 26 Ultra). I checked the supported devices inside the app. Zen Dot is not among them.

The sound quality is excellent. The app performance is horrible. It gives wrong battery levels, drops out of Bluetooth sync regularly. Fights like hell to re-sync Bluetooth. There are earbuds on the market that give equal sound quality but much less app hassles. I would not purchase this product again.
