buggy. (1) cannot turn off broadcast in settings resulting in constant announcement "searching for broadcast" every time app is used. (2) cannot link to my SXFI account - it either says it is already linked to another account, or the app freezes into a blank screen; (3) unstable connection with the earphones - keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, with fresh announcement "searching for broadcast" since it cannot be switched off.

Every time I access this garbage to change the settings, my equalizer and saved profile will get jumbled up automatically. I have to reset everything every time. Creative have a sound blaster reimagined available in Kickstarter at the time this review is written. I have no idea who is brave enough to back up a trash company that can't even get their long released garbage done right. Creative, your time is long over. Just get lost if you can't even get something basic done right.

It's good when my earbuds actually connect to the app, but most of they time, they don't. I have the zen air pro, and when I click my device on the app to connect, it'll just leave me on the waiting screen before a message pops up to tell me that it was unable to connect, and to make sure my device is on and in range. I really don't know what the issue is, as my buds are able to actually connect sometimes. Really wish it worked properly, as I like customising the equaliser.
