The app always crashes the cutting machine most the time just rips my paper up so I think I spent more time and money and got nothing out of it. the machines are really expensive! And all I see on here is oh we're sorry about your experience blah blah blah then why don't you fix it. cuz I'm pretty mad that this was supposed to be a fun thing to do and turned into an expensive aggravating experience.

Although I do have a laptop, I mostly use my cricut from my phone (for both editing & cutting). The new layout, has become extremely difficult to use, basic things are no longer doable, and projects are now taking way too long to accomplish because I find myself constantly toggling between menus. Very annoying. Was in the works for the maker 4 but I think it's time to try a new brand.

I love the Cricut app. I do wish they had more detailed tutorials on what material works best with what item ur doing like for iron on,cups, home decor, or home decals. Or show pictures of what works best with which needle. It could just be me not being able to locate the tutorials. None of my designs or uploads are shared on my profile. It may be because I use my phone. Other than that, I absolutely love it. Easy to use and the update is great.
