My flight was canceled and I was offer a travel credit for 6 months that I needed it to extended due to the same restriccions fighting from Europe to USA and at this moment I never been able to get in contact with anyone. Contacted the airlines and they told me there was never a credit under my name. I basically lost more than 1000 euros and still I hadn't been able to get any support or answer.

Hopper is a good application but the company support doesn't works and is complete burocracy just trying to avoid to pay for their mistakes. I did a reservation with them for an Hotel at Dominican Republic, when I made the reservation the price at the hotel website was the same so I made the reservation thru Hopper because I already had the travel tickets with them. They made me spent 5 days dealing at least for more than 10 hours in total and at the end I had to pay extra 900 US$. Horrible...

first, everything is tiered. to the point where you can see deals but you cant get to them unless you pay. hate that. second, ive used this ad for years and if something goes wrong with your flight good luck to you because they will not help you. make sure you know exactly what youre doing. they ask for extra money at every stop. I'd like to say they've gotten worse but it's always been like that. constantly integrating it into other options cause its not always the best out there. 2/10.
