CROOKS!!! Prices are consistently much more expensive than on the website despite claiming to "save more on the app". Same trip on website was $1000 (20%) cheaper. They also charged me for insurance on a trip that I canceled. I tried to dispute that I didn't need insurance for a trip that I wasn't taking but they said that it was non refundable. Kinda defeats the purpose of trip insurance. I'm done with this company. Rates are almost always cheaper booking direct anyway.

What ever you do, try to avoid this app, in particular for travel outside the USA. I used it to book a car rental for my travel from Oaxaca to Huatulco, Mex. When I booked the rental they sold me the insurance for the vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the rental from Alamo, I found out they did not accept the insurance and had to purchase a separate insurance from Alamo in addition to leaving a deposit! I have tried contacting Expedia for a refund in vain. Overall horrible customer service!!!

Used to be my go to for all travel booking. What kind of business in 2023 requires you to make your device vulnerable to hackers. Will not work with my VPN up no matter what connection I try. Junk, in Europe for 3 months and been using booking dot com almost exclusively. You lost a lot of business. When VPN up the app opens to error of to many requests. I see this in other reviews. I have to pause my VPN to get the app to work which makes my device temporarily vulnerable.
