Ratings and reviews

This app is slow and not user friendly. You can not Synconize the data from your phone with the cloud. The website it's also terrible. I made a huge mistake to buy the lifetime package. It's als is impossible to upload a folder with 1 GB Photos without 10 trials. I have to pack each 50 Photos per upload and pray that will not jump to "log in" page during the process. It's very inefficient! Let's hope that my data will not be damaged.

The mobile version is unloved, I can't login. I can't upload any files to share across my phone and PC, yet we are prompted to use the mobile app and not the web version !? I expected better since I have paid for an annual plan.

16 fev 2026....customer service us not responding to emails, my backup is not working.. .. (1st review) Now app is working, Good concept 👌, try to improve download and upload speeds. Also need option to move files to different folders___edit-15 April 2022 I cannot open any files in mobile app, only sharing option is available!!! No option to open with gallery!!
