The product range is very limited and everything seems to be the worst quality ever, but not the best price. It has no decent browsing system. You may search for something specific, but you can't really "look around". The worst part: it's a marketplace, but they don't disclose the seller for each product. Most products have no reviews, and you can't see the reviews for the seller's other products, so the chances of something being a scam is around 120%.

I learned after LITB sent me the wrong color item, I had to pay the shipping fee to return the incorrect item, which could be from $20-$40; and something about it going to Asia and then they needed to inspect the item before issuing a full refund; being a 2-month process. I was disappointed because it wasn't my mistake, it was theirs. So in my opinion, I feel this company makes the customer pay for LITB mistakes. I'm closing my account. I got a 60% refund.
