Pros: JS is the e-commerce with the lowest risk of getting a fake. Cons: JS prioritization, shipping, customer service, and customer satisfaction needs improvement. Companies like Blue Nile sets the bar high. This short coming from JS is enough to purchase from other vendors.

This company is a complete joke. They list the wrong movements on watch listing's. They lie about their shipping and verification process. They have terrible photos on the site which don't accurately depict watches color and such. And their "customer service" is trash Filed a paypal claim instead of going through their official channels cause why should I believe them now? They waited until the last possible minute to respond, such clowns.
