Ratings and reviews

Ordered a cologne they had in stock back in early December. They accepted the payment, created the order, shipped the order. Only for the week of delivery, they sent an email stating they're out of stock and cannot fulfill my order and canceled it. No refund. Need I mention I paid EXTRA for 2-day shipping. well over 120 dollars, and I'm calling and emailing and they're hanging up the phone and non responsive to my emails about my refund. Extremely unprofessional, very upsetting. Don't shop here!

bad experience with app not optimized well enough for android in help section. slow shipping and worst return policy. Insurance is additional which won't be useful and intuitive. after waiting for 40 min to connect with someone, they just disconnected within a min. Didn't even finish my order number. Worst experience ever with any retailer.

Update as of 12/9/2025 The app is no longer useable due to an issue with the keyboard rapidly popping up and disappearing several times per second. Unbeatable prices, reliable delivery...sometimes slow to ship... but worth it in the end.
