the beginner set for full body is not balanced at all. you go from expecting only a few push ups and a 20 second plank to 15 Downward dog pushups and an 80 second plank in under a week. There were not detailed videos, only a GIF from one angle. it gives no actual rest intervals. There is better out there. This isnt the worst ive seen, but it sure as hell isnt the best.

Very easy to use. Love the written and visual guides. Only regret - can not see the full 30 day plan, only the next day.
