No. Your files are stored only on your device, so please make sure to back up all your hidden files before transferring them to a new device or factory reset.

How to launch GalleryVault if GalleryVault is hidden?
You can try one of the following methods:
1. Use your device's built-in browser to visit this page: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv.
2. Tap the "Manage Space" button on the System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault)

What can I do if I forgot my passcode?
Please find the latest mail we send to you (by searching the keyword thinkyeah in your mailbox), and follow the steps in the mail to reset your passcode.
If you cannot find the mail, you can send another one by the following steps:
1. Launch Gallery Vault locking page.
If your icon is hidden, tap the "Manage Space" button on the System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault).
2. Try to unlock and fail 2 times, then a Forgot button will show.
3. Tap the "Forgot" button and tap the "Resend Auth Email" button in the dialog.

I have used this app for many years and have the Pro lifetime license. The app has a large capacity for many files (not sure if there is a limit - I haven't found it). The tech support of some companies is often lacking but my experience with Gallery Vault has been very good. Once when my pro license disappeared (I think I'd changed phones) the tech support helped reinstate it quickly. I'm a long term happy customer. Thanks.

very good app, I like the option to recover lost or deleted file etc. very easy to use and convenient, even without paying for the premium upgrade you still have a generally good app for it's propose. 1 think I don't like is the ads, there is far to many in-between each selection.

I've used this for a long time, it works amazingly unlike other apps that has storage limitations on their software. GalleryVault does the job, probably the best for it's kind, and disguise the icon. Thanks for bringing this back! EDIT (04/2/2020): We now have ads that go for 30 seconds. Originally, it was 10 or less but because of this new feature. I'm unable to sort out my pictures or transfer from my SD quickly. Turn off anything to do with internet/data to remove ads.
