Like everything, I guess. this app has changed quite a bit from when I started using back in 2018. I have had several cards not received by the recipient, but customer services have always responded quickly, but it just takes the joy away from sending a card. You used to get features included, such as captions with photos, stamped, now it's all extra. I probably won't use Touch note again, sadly.

Good postcard quality, people love them. Been using this app 10+ years and it's still good despite the buggy app. You click things and nothing happens. Try to duplicate a sent card and the copy is all messed up. Address book is a mess. I've reported the bugs in detail. Update Oct 2025: App still buggy, price going up, and they're really pushing the subscription. I took off a star. Last set of cards took 10+ business days to arrive. Compare with other services before trying, but I still use it.
