HBO Max worked just fine for me, in the Netherlands. Now I am prompted to install the new Max and: 1) the app does not support my TV all of a sudden 2) via Chromecast it is not available in my country anymore. Therefore, my subscription is useless. How do you plan to fix this and when? I am not paying for something that can't be used.

Lately just doesn't work. It works ok only half the time. You start the app, it tells you you don't have internet, while you do, you would play a movie, it will tell you "this is not available" halfway through the movie, it is also very slow in navigation back from episode list to main menu. It randomly forgets my account on a device I use the app on regularly. I am on my second year of premium sub, and I won't be renewing. Compared to the Netflix app, this one is subpar.

Hbo max itself is good, i like it. The shows are good and all, but the mobile app just sucks. Clearly it isn't stable, keep getting those "something went wrong" messages when you try to open the app, and often streaming doesn't really work, like you're watching a series and suddenly it just stops working and it's irritating. So thumbs up for the browser version, but the app needs some real help
