The app says that the parcel has arrived and to open the locker with bluetooth which does not work. Wonder what kind of a big brain idiot came up with this idea. Why can it not be a simple code via an sms which I can enter to open the locker. I have been standing infornt of this machine for hours like some idiot. Tried to conect with 3 different phones. There customer service is expensive as well. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WHAT A WASTE OF TINE AND MONEY. đ

This app is just a total disappointed They send me to go get a parcel without any code Telling me to use my Bluetooth after several attempts I have not still been able to get my parcel Worst of all is there is no number I am calling that is going through... I am so disappointed honestly

This fetish nowadays of making everything an app is the worst. Imagine having to stand like an idiot in front of the pick-up point while having to register, login, giving both location and bluetooth permission (not a fan), and trying to figure out why it's telling me to turn on bluetooth (bt was on, uninstalling and reinstalling worked). All of this in -5°C instead of just having a code to punch in...
