The RØDE Reporter App is the intuitive recording companion you need to easily record and publish broadcast quality audio. It is compatible with all RØDE microphones that have a USB-C interface, including the NT-USB Mini, the VideoMic Me-C and the VideoMic NTG.

stops recording if the screen is turned off after a few minutes. So i need to keep the screen on and live at all times...infuriating. And then once i have recorded say 1hr of audio the file refuses to be "shared"...you can poke and poke at the screen and the lag is sooo bad when its a long file that it never allows you to select the longer files. The longer the file is, the worse it behaves. A piece of junk this software....shame its good hardware

I regret to report this but I've tried this app a few times with my wireless me setup and the audio is super clippy. this seems like an easy fix so I gave it a couple months and redownloaded this app. Nothing is different. I've adjusted the audio level, the format, everything I could think of and no fix. This doesn't happen with other alternative apps but I would very much like to not use alternative apps. Please fix this 🙏

It was puzzling at first, but this app is fine with the correct Rode mic. Normal playback is via the Rode mic headphone socket. I could not get it to play audio from the app via bluetooth or even the phone speaker. (Samsung S10) I had to export the file to another app to play it Other than the headphone socket. Recording quality is what you'd expect from Rode--good.
