I dont know what's wrong with this app. I cannot access to my account. Been trying several times through whatsapp and email verification.. and those OTPs are useless. Just wasting my time and data quota.

I tried for hours just trying to get into my account and trying to get the international format of my vaccine certificate and it keep saying unablr to download. Not to mention that it doesn't recognize my NIK??? I've been trying to get in through email, phone number, gave them my NIK and still nothing, my profile was still empty, and the app doesnt allow me to fill in my phone nimber or identity so what am I supposed to do??? Please fix the app :D

21/11/21: One star, iirc it was a problem with covid-19 vaccine status checking, which is now is an endemic. Fast forward to 31/5/25 (thats 3 years plus since uninstalled), im about to get a free medical checkup program. Realized that i didn't complete the profile, and now when i edit a profile (i did fill both phone number and email) i can't choose a gender because it wont respond my touch (ux: radio button does nothing)! But everything else works! How i am supposed to do with this?
