this is beyond frustrating. so many times I have got disconnected from the game right at the beginning before even one number was called and they take credits for the round but won't refund it for the discussion. just now I was playing and it took 2800 credit and didn't give it back. yesterday was the same nonsense . if you want to keep on taking credit from people please do so when we're not playing. stupid game. again it just happened when 4800 credit was taken and not refunded!

Well, I can atleast say it's a Bingo game. That's all though. There's really some beginner mistakes all over. In the sticker section names and pictures have been mixed up, so as an example the turtle pic is clown fish. To that I have noticed that over many different levels the voice line numbers are also switched up, so in other words on screen was a different number than heard by the voice line. A personal bother, as an ADHD person to pay for the number finder is unfair. Make it a setting pls

They take your money and don't give what you pay for. I tried to purchase gems. Transaction went through but I didn't get my gems. Maybe a glitch and the money deducted will come back to my account after the issue is fixed. The next day the same thing happens when I try to purchase. Transaction goes through but no gems. I contact in game support and provide details and screenshots as requested and they are referring to other purchases I've made but I'm not disputing. I'm getting the run around.
