I am downgrading my rating from 5 stars to just 2. They recently started interrupting gameplay with ads for the game!!! I mean SERIOUSLY??? The caller is calling numbers, and I'm halfway through a round, and then their ad pops up. The only way to get rid of it is to close the game and relog. WHAT is the point in advertising a game that I'm actually playing..? You think I'm gonna play MORE with those ads? NO! it's going to drive people AWAY from the game! so STOP with interrupting ads!

I used to be obsessed w/this game! but since update its been absolutely terrible! Cant hardly win at all anymore! It constantly freezes & by the time it corrects itself the game is over.. the mini games eat away at your coins so fast cuz of freezing or just not winning, had over 5k and in 5 min it was gone, i play the Buffalo slots more than anything & i don't bet more than 40 on that, i have spent ALOT of money on this game but I'm done I'm erasing it cuz its not worth the aggravation or $

Literally my favorite bingo game, I've been playing It for years.!! Tonight was the first time I've ever had an issue with the game it keep freezing up on me.!! I reached out to support explain the issue and that I had lost all my chips and within 4 hours they replaced everything that I had lost.!! They did super awesome, Very impressed and pleased with how they handled it and the game!!!!
