Like others, I paid for the Risco installation thinking the set up came with app - let's face it it has pretty basic functionality - now to have to pay a subscription when it was sold with ith integrated app, is bad business, dishonest and unethical. I would have looked to other products for sure. Now we're stuck with it. Very disappointing....

Since the update recently, I no longer get phone notifications to my phone. These used to appear for every event selected. The permissions for notifications are still granted on the phone and applicarion has full permissions but no longer receive notifications.

Was never a good app, even worse now that a subscription is required; I only got this alarm as it had an app, and paid extra to get the Internet module for the alarm under the assumption I would not have to pay more down the track, I just wanted to turn on and off remotely. At least they should have provided a Basic Plan (for free) and then a Premium Plan for all the other stuff I never use anyway...
