I recently purchased a US number on the app. I chose the monthly plan to confirm how the app would suit my needs. I accidentally deleted my account while navigating through how to use it. I reached out to customer support immediately to help restore my deleted account. I've waited several hours, no response from them. If they can't provide reliable feedback when facing problems with the app, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this app.

First of all, interface is not that user friendly. Secondly it's full of bugs. the app cannot handle a simple task without errors. Third and worst, I had to pay multiple times to get app verification even though I bought monthly and yearly subscriptions. It won't keep your number either if you change your phone. just terrible!

Very bad experience. I paid for a yearly subscription, and after changing my phone and reinstalling the app, my number disappeared. The subscription is active, but the app shows no number. I emailed support multiple times, but no reply at all. This is unacceptable for a paid service. Please fix this issue or refund my money.
