Ratings and reviews

The first few years I had few problems. The last 6 months have been hell. No videos, app freezes up, call quality has gotten bad and, the app hasn't been upgraded or improved in the 5-6 years I've had it. Jumping through the same monotonous hoops has gotten old. Boring. Tiresome. Irritating. Frustrating, etc. P.S. if you want to video chat, send pics, block a number or use voicemail, you have to pay with this app. They could give you Something! It is 2024!!!!
