This app goes downhill everyday. The voice frequently swaps to French for no apparent reason. It will cut off. It 100% of the time says there's a connection issue and you gotta close the voice and reopen it. But hey that's just the voice... They have a serious issue with ads. I think they've solved the extremely pornographic ads on literally every book even ones you might wanna let children read. So I won't say anything about that... They have scam ads popping up and blocking the whole page...

I love the stories I've read so far, only thing is it's WAAAAAY more expensive then just buying a series of books. Everything is in USD, no option to switch to CAD that I can find. I don't think I'll ever be able to finish a single novel due to the cost. Get kindle or audible instead, it's far cheaper and you can read entire books rather than just a short chapter a day. To the writers on the app, why don't you publish. It would make your work so much more accessible! Rated teen but very expensiv

I've been using Webnovel for at least 5 years, and they have consistently found ways to make it harder to read books without paying. It started with spirit stones, which one could save up to unlock chapters - when they updated the app, they started using fast passes, and all the chapters I unlocked with spirit stones closed. Then, you could log in everyday to receive at least one fast pass. With the latest update, you can only get a all-genre FP once every 3 days. I rarely use this app now.
